      Like many retailers, we stand behind our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you may return it to us. Unlike most retailers, we also stand behind the product selection advice offered through our catalog, website, and staff; if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you may return it to us.       Returns and exchanges can be made by mail. Exchanges and refunds are offered on unworn, unused, undamaged and unwashed products ONLY within 10 business days from invoice date. We want to fit you the Best, so please call us, if you wish to return, exchange or cancel an order placed online at 1-(585) BESTFIT (237-8348).


      All returns must be requested in your online account under “orders” or by email prior to returning the merchandise to Best Fit by Brazil.  Do not just send the item(s) back without processing this request in advance.  If you use email to request refund, please wait for our response within 1-2 days before returning item(s).  Customers should use Account to process refund under “orders”.  Then click “view” next to your order.  There will be a “refund” button next to each qualifying item.  At the bottom, there will be a “refund entire order” button option as well.  If you have any issues or questions please call 1-(585) BESTFIT (237-8348), or via email at Once refund request has been submitted, customer has 10-business days for merchandise to be received at Best Fit by Brazil for it to be valid. Any return received after that deadline will be voided.

      For a full refund, merchandise must be in its original condition, meaning all hang tags must be attached to the garments and they should not have any pet hair or deodorant stains on them, unwashed and undamaged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless there is an approved manufacture defect.

      Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items may not be returned and will not be accepted. Best Fit by Brazil reserves the right to refuse any return product(s) not meeting any or all of these requirements.


      • All Orders are subject to 15% restocking fee. You will be notified is your order will be assessed this fee.
      • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is approved manufactured defect.
      • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier


      Exchanges require 3–5 business days to process.

      Customer has 10 business days for merchandise to be received at Best Fit by Brazil for it to be valid. Any return received after that deadline will be voided.

      • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs along with reshipping of any exchanged items.

      Customers will be notified via email when the exchange has been processed and the updated items have shipped out.


      Once product(s) are received in approved condition, refund will be issued in the original form of payment only. Refund credit require 5–10 business days to process back to your credit card.

      Returning by mail Within the US:

      Returned items must be sent via Regular US Mail, or other Federal mail carrier at customer expense.  We recommend that you use delivery confirmation option, so that you can track your parcel with the US Postal Service.

      Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries. Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.

      Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by Best Fit by Brazil. If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment. Please note: Our Processing Center cannot accept returns in person.
